About VonTom

FlashServices as an idea was born before the company was founded and is based on the previous work experience of the two founders. The primary goal was to find alternatives in the field of logistics services and to come up with a comprehensive, individual and slightly different solution even for a smaller customer. Flash Services is a part of VonTom, which was founded in 2013 to provide services in manufacturing, distribution and intralogistics.

The basic idea was outsourcing/fulfillment (perceived in the market more as a tool to save fixed costs).

To put it very lightly, the basis is management, process and organisation, so if you look in the kitchen in the first drawer, we all have a cutlery drawer, we can find a knife blindly. We all want to have a better, sharper knife, but if we don’t have the knife holder….. So our view is: we don’t need to have the sharper knife, we need to have the binder, and later on there will come a time when we need the sharp knife.”

Bohemia Baby is a supplier of strollers, car seats, and accessories for children. Its portfolio includes the brands Baby Monster, More, Topmark, Ekoala, Kiddo, and its own brand, Bomimi. We provide Bohemia Baby container unloading, palletising, and storage. We also send shipments across Europe for its B2B and B2C clients, insert instructions, glue safety labels, and EANs.

Mixit.cz is a Czech company specialising in making made-to-order muesli to order. We provide transport for Mixit in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We also designed and implemented Mixit’s new warehouse layout and associated processes.
